儿时因意外断了双臂的刘伟在中国的逹人赛中，用一双脚演奏出优美动人的乐曲，感动了中外，也为他嬴得冠军，实至名归。今天找到一首为他而写的英文诗词跟大家分享。

刘伟在总决赛中，除弹钢琴外，也演唱了英文名曲 “You Are Beautiful“。香港诗人温冯月珊在她的《珊珊来词》专栏中，为刘伟写了一首同名诗词。我看了很感动，故在这儿跟大家分享。为方便访客，我试试翻译一下，请多指教。

刘伟的金句：「在我人生中，只有两条路，要么赶紧死，要么精彩地活着。没有人规定钢琴只能用手演奏。」他对生命的坚持和积极，实在令人敬佩。早前也曾写过一篇《残而不废 活得精彩》，介绍多位像刘伟一样的令人振奋的残障者。透过他们的故事，我希望读者会更热爱生命，并努力地活得精彩。

我没有收看电视节目，但 Facebook 上有人推荐，后又有推友告知其得奖，诗篇则在美国的中文报章找到的。看，只要你有本事，远在美国不看中国电视的梵婗都会认识你，呵呵！
同意，其实世界很小

刘伟的节目我没有看，但之前听朋友说起过，给我讲的时候是神采飞扬。今天又看到你的介绍，一定值得一看。
另外，我觉得你翻译的很棒，不是简单的意译，而是译出了其中的内涵。谢谢分享！我有注意，英文每段其实都押韵，是讲究平仄的。如果翻译时，在用词上再考虑上这方面因素，那就是完美了。不过，我只是说说，自己却也做不到。
嗯，我比较重视翻译的内容和内涵，却未逹到押韵这功力，还要多练习。也许下次有多一点时候可以试试。:-)
看苍茫大地，谁主沉浮！而谁又能主宰自己？希望刘伟如自己说的：在我人生中，只有两条路，要么赶紧死，要么精彩地活着。没有人规定钢琴只能用手演奏。
曾经听过一则故事，一个农夫被算命指将有财富从天降，一生无忧，于是他就不再工作，天天在家等他的幸运之神。日子一天一天过去，他老了生病，临终时，天神来接他离开人世，他问道何以他的财富还没到。天神回答，幸运之神早把一箱金银珠宝藏在你的田中，可是农夫多年来都没有到过田里去。
也许我们不能完全主宰命运，但还是可以改变命运的。
又让我想起了读者里的一篇文章小品：
上帝对人是平等的，先天身体残缺是被上帝咬过的苹果，所以他在其它方面会被迫得到补充。先天正常，而后天变坏是被虫蛀食的苹果，从里往外烂，当发现破口的时候已经没用了。
很明显，刘伟是上帝咬过的苹果
刘伟的手是小时意外所致，但他的坚持毅力令他成为上帝的苹果。
